These guns are supposedly manufactured by the same company. They are in two
completely different boxes, but their internals are exactally the same. I acquired
both of them off of ebay. These are Taiwanese guns able to take green gas and
are in pretty good condition, considering their age.
HEC Beretta M93R
General
The first one (the one in the taiwanese box) just needed a little sanding and
oiling, and a lot of work on the outer barrel.
Appearance
Two layers of paint have been sanded off of the barrel top to a nice clean finish.
My friend didn't know about the silencer (that's included with this gun) had
a small screw, and just smashed the silencer on this gun, causing the orange
paint on the gun to shred and the plastic on the end to become very scratched
up, but it is barely noticable now. The front sight of the gun has been painted
as well as the red safety dot. I have only used this gun once during one round
of the ASH BASH but during that time I managed to give it quite a beating. The
slide on this gun has a giant scratch in it, plus the grips on the gun looked
scratched up to hell as well.
Functionality
Functionaly this gun used to work as good as stock and better. The selector
switch has been modified to shoot full auto and mimic the selector action on
a KSC Beretta M93R II, unfortunately because of the wear on the selector rod,
it's function is somewhat faulty, unless you know the trick to get it to work
all the time. The Semi and 3 Round Burst Functions are a little funky for some
reason... This one worked Perfectly before ASH BASH, but now it's tempermental.

Omega Industries Beretta M93R
General
This first gun came to me, literally in pieces. About an afternoon of labor,
I was able to restore this gun to working condition. Another week later, the
hand grips (which were origionally painted completely black with regular paint
it semmed) were sanded down to the origional brown, but the checkered part (I
think that's what it's called) remains black to give the gun a distingushed
look.
Appearance
Two layers of paint have also been sanded off of the barrel of this gun to a
nice clean finish. I have only used this gun once during one round of the ASH
BASH but during that time I managed to give it quite a beating. The slide on
this gun if fine. The grips on the other hand, are described above. I'm not
gonna lie, this gun looks worse than the other, but not too much, unless you're
a collector.
Functionality
Since all the parts of this gun needed to be taken appart and cleaned, it was
working better than I got it. When I recieved this gun from ebay, most of it's
parts were out side the gun. It took be about 5 hours of labor to restore this
gun to normal operation. For some reason, after the ASH BASH the gun stopped
working normally too

These would be great project guns, or for the collector. I'm selling these guns becuse I want the money, and I have to do a ton of stuff during the summer and don't really have time to fix them. As soon as my propane adapter comes, i'll be able to repair them though.
| Includes: 1x HEC Beretta M93r Origional box, and the origional manual (sorry it has some silicone grease on some of the pages). 1x Omega Industries Beretta M93R Origional box, and the origional manual 4x 40 round Extended mag with collar (one mag has broken fill valve) 2x Magazine loading tool with loading rod 1x 40 round Extended mag with collar 1x Black Silencer with foam inserts. |
Update 7/1/04:
Broke the already screwed up mag while attempting to fix it... The valve
cap is COMPLTETLY shreaded and the non-screw portion of it is wandering around
inside the mag (I can't pull it out). Sorry... All parts are still included
though... well... whats left of them...
Update 7/2/04:
Got all the parts out...
